Dresses Are Here To Stay, Find Yourself A Perfect One

Imagine this, the alarm goes off and you get right out of the bed because there is so much to do. You drop the kids to school, rush to the office, attend meetings back to back and pick up groceries on the way back home. But you did it all without breaking a sweat. Your new lifestyle and your wardrobe are in a complete sync for the first time ever and you couldn’t be more relieved.

There are no more itchy seams and stiff fabric to fidget in, no more strict dress codes to follow and no more pretending to be someone else to look professional. You are happy to be back in a dress!  While a year of sweatpants did provide us with oodles of comfort, it left us longing for glamour. Enter dresses. More style, more polish with the comfort of sweats, what more can a girl ask for? Our dresses are designed to be versatile to provide you with endless styling opportunities, deep pockets add functionality and the silhouettes offer ease of movement.

I have rounded up a few dress styles that would compliment you, your personality and your body type, because happiness and confidence comes in all shapes and sizes.

Dresses that are best for petites

The one dress that comes to my mind instantly is The Sania Dress that every woman with height 5’3” or under, should own.  The high-low cut of the dress shows off a little bit of your legs and saves you from drowning in fabrics. Another one of my favourites is The Vani Dress, the belt defines the waistline higher than the natural one giving an elongating effect. Offering a slight A-line silhouette, this is a versatile piece and can effortlessly transition from work to weekend.

Dresses that offer room in the hips

The swingy silhouette of The Neerja dress makes it flowy and comfortable. Designed to look great on all body types, the Neerja Dress is at once playful and feminine. Pair it with the Madhu necklace or earrings for adding extra oomph. Or show them who’s boss in The Nivruti Dress. It features a generous flare that’ll flatter your figure so much you would wanna make it your ultimate go-to. These pieces especially flatter women who have heavy thighs and would like to work freely in a dress that offers uninhibited movement and functionality (shall we remind you about the pockets again?).

Dresses that are best for tall women

While no one rocks a jumpsuit better than a tall girl, dresses make them look equally good. Like The Anita Dress with its classic crew neckline and a flattering midi length will suit anyone above 5’6”. One of my personal favorites is The Tania Dress. It has an easy going fit and a cool colour making it a piece that compliments your frame. A wide belt will break the flow of a single colour and will add definition to your look. They are must haves as they would make you stand out in the crowd for the right reasons.

Dresses for heavy busts

Cut in a striking emerald green, The Shaw Dress features twists and turns of fabric that draws attention away from the torso and makes your figure look well-proportioned and elegant. You would definitely wanna try The Ritu Dress for its stylised sleeves and vibrant marigold yellow colour. If plunging necklines are a no then a square neckline is just the right amount of décolletage. This dress hugs your body but doesn’t squeeze it.
