Shipping policy

We deliver to most pincodes across India. To confirm availability at your pincode before placing an order, write to info@qua.clothing.

We ship to the US, Europe, Australia, and most destinations worldwide. Estimated delivery is 12–20 working days from the date of dispatch.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are payable at the time of delivery. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Domestic shipping is free on all orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
• All timelines are in working days from the date of dispatch — not from the date of order placement.
• Some products carry extended timelines. Please check the Shipping tab on the individual product page for accurate delivery information.
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
