Return Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
- Only one return or exchange is permitted per order.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order, regardless of reason.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- Please return items in their original packaging to protect them in transit.
- Clothing sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, exchange are processed within 5–6 working days.
Non-Returnable Items — Hygiene Policy
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable — no exceptions
Bodysuits · Bralettes · Accessories · Scarves · Jewellery
This applies regardless of whether the item has been worn. No exceptions will be made.
Also Non-Returnable
- Products purchased during a sale — final sale, no exceptions.
- Customised or altered products.
- Orders placed to an international delivery address — international orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or a gift card will be issued for the full amount — the amount will not be transferred to a bank account or UPI.
- Exchanging for a lower-value item: the difference is issued as store credit, not cash.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- To request an exchange, email info@qua.clothing or WhatsApp +91 92890 52310 within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and the item required.
How to Initiate a Return
The quickest way is through our Return Order Portal. Alternatively, follow the steps below.
- 01 Email info@qua.clothing from your registered email address, or WhatsApp +91 92890 52310 — within 7 days of receipt.
- 02 Use the subject line: RETURNS
- 03 Wait for written approval. You will receive packing and dispatch instructions once your request is reviewed. Do not send items before receiving written approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged · Missing · Incorrect Items
Mandatory Requirement
An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery. Without this, no claim can be processed under any circumstance.
- Report within 24 hours of delivery — email info@qua.clothing with subject: RETURNS.
- Once your email is received, we will confirm acceptance of the return within 15 days.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Use our Return Order Portal, or write to info@qua.clothing immediately after placing your order.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
- International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped — no exceptions.
