Refund Options
All approved returns are processed through one of the following two options. Please indicate your preference when initiating a return.

Option 01
Store Credit
or Gift Card The full amount is issued as store credit or a gift card, valid for one year from the date of issue. Redeemable on qua.clothing. No bank details required. Available once received at our warehouse. |
Option 02
Bank Transfer
or UPI Refunded directly to your bank account or UPI within 30 working days of receiving your return. For bank transfers, we will request your account number, IFSC code, bank name, and branch. For UPI, we will request your registered UPI ID. If your refund has not arrived after 30 working days, check with your bank first, then write to info@qua.clothing. |
Important Terms
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference is issued as store credit — not a bank transfer.
- Sale purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns — no exceptions.
- Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or beyond 7 days for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. Expired credit cannot be reinstated.
